The Component Manager tab is where you'll manage all of your challenge Forms and (soon) other challenge components.

Forms are a powerful tool within challenges. Forms can be used as Surveys, Progress Trackers, Questionnaires, Quizzed, and more.

You can create multiple forms, each with its own set of distinct questions. To create a Form, navigate to Forms > Add Form. Once in your Form editor, you have the ability to toggle on and off different visibility modes and add as many questions as you’d like.

We offer four distinct question types:

• Freeform text answer
• Multiple choice
• Checkboxes
• Linear Scale

After Members have inputted their form responses, you can view form responses at both the individual Member level and the Community level.

• To see responses at the community level, you can navigate to the Forms tab, to find two tabs: questions and responses. In the Responses tab, you can view challenge results in a table that includes date of submission and the member who submitted a response. These responses can also be exported via csv.
• You can also click into any individual Member’s response to the form by going to Members > Member > Forms

You can add a form as a lesson component in a Challenge, allowing you to prompt members to fill out a tracker at specific moments along their learning journey. This functionality is web-only for the moment, but will be coming to mobile soon.
